Contact developer@blackandblue.co.in with SteadyCircle, your app and Android versions and a brief description. Do not attach health values, medicine names, contact details, appointment exports, backups, passphrases, reviewer codes, credentials or payment-card information.
SteadyCircle is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Support is for the app's technical operation, not medical advice or emergency dispatch. For urgent help, use your usual local emergency route directly.
Records and backups
More → Encrypted backup and restore lets you save a passphrase-protected backup outside the app. Confirm the saved file exists and retain its passphrase; we cannot recover it. Restore validates a backup before replacing active records. After restoring, review your records and reminder settings. Appointment exports are separate readable files and need their own privacy care.
Recovery from an unreadable database can retain older encrypted files and key material locally. Android Clear storage or uninstall removes all app-private copies. Save and confirm a backup first if you want to keep records.
Reminders and contact shortcuts
Check Android notification and battery settings if reminders are late or missing. Records still work when notifications are disabled. A dose entry is a manual record. Contact shortcuts open a dialer or message composer for you to review and confirm; the app does not guarantee delivery or monitor emergencies.
Privacy choices and purchases
Settings offers separate Usage Analytics and local crash choices. Pending crash batches have Send, Delete and Not now actions; requests are not completion receipts. Retry a failed preference save. If older diagnostics settings require a reset, first save and confirm a backup and passphrase, then choose Clear storage yourself in Android settings if desired.
Purchase and restore use the appropriate Play account and network. A missing offer or failed refresh is not a successful transaction. Local reviewer access is separate from purchase ownership. For deletion, read deletion choices; for provider details, read privacy.
