Local records and external copies
You can remove individual records through the app's controls. Removing a private collection preserves its member records. To remove all app-private data, including settings, pending local reports, reviewer receipts and older encrypted recovery copies, use Android Clear storage or uninstall. Save and confirm an encrypted backup and passphrase first if you want to keep your records.
Ordinary restore replaces active records but does not remove older encrypted recovery generations. App-data clearing does not delete files you saved through the document picker, appointment summaries, recipients' copies, store transactions or provider records. Remove external files at their destinations. A future backup restore can bring records back. SteadyCircle provides no health-record sign-in account or automatic cloud health-record store.
Reporting choices
For an available pending crash batch, Delete requests local SDK deletion. It is not a server-erasure receipt. Turning Analytics off resets local Analytics data, not provider-held history. Neither action recalls a queued send or previous uploads. An initialized crash handler may continue local capture until restart.
Older diagnostic settings can require a fresh setup. The recovery flow first asks you to save and confirm a backup and passphrase before opening Android settings. You choose Clear storage there; opening the screen alone does not delete records.
Request provider-held data deletion
Email developer@blackandblue.co.in with SteadyCircle and minimal request details. Do not send health records, medicine names, contact data, backups, passphrases, reviewer codes, passwords or payment-card information. A RevenueCat request must be safely matched to this app's anonymous billing profile, so support may need additional non-sensitive technical information. There is no automatic deletion form or guaranteed completion deadline.
Provider and legal retention may limit a request. Deleting a RevenueCat profile does not cancel a purchase or erase Google Play transaction history. See retention details. Contact the same address for support or privacy questions. The app is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
