Who we are and who this app is for
SteadyCircle is provided by Black and Blue. Contact developer@blackandblue.co.in for privacy, support or deletion requests. Effective date: 2 October 2026.
SteadyCircle is intended for adults aged 18 and over who organize their own health information and contact shortcuts. It is not designed for children. The app has no in-app age verification or parental-consent service; an adult audience declaration does not guarantee that a minor cannot access an existing installation. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us with minimal details.
Records on your device
The app stores your manually entered blood pressure, pulse, weight and glucose readings; medicine schedules and taken/skipped dose entries; daily feelings and notes; contact names and phone numbers; and private collection names and membership in an encrypted local database. It does not provide a health-record account, automatic caregiver sharing or cloud health-record synchronization. Health values, medicine details and contact information are not supplied to billing or deliberately attached to app-owned usage events or diagnostic custom fields.
Android cloud backup and device transfer of app data are disabled. You can deliberately save an encrypted portable backup through Android's document picker. The backup is protected with your passphrase; keep the file and passphrase safe because we cannot recover the passphrase. Appointment summaries are readable and can contain sensitive records. Check the preview and choose the destination carefully. Files and recipients' copies outside the app follow the destination's handling practices.
Reminders and contact shortcuts
Medicine notifications use local Android scheduling. Notification permission, battery settings and device scheduling can delay or prevent delivery. A taken/skipped dose entry is your record, not verification that medicine was taken.
Contact shortcuts open your device's dialer or message composer with the selected number. You confirm the call or message in that app. SteadyCircle does not automatically call, send SMS, monitor emergencies, confirm delivery or dispatch help. System apps and carriers process actions you choose under their own practices. SteadyCircle does not diagnose conditions, recommend doses or replace professional medical or emergency care.
Optional usage and crash reporting
Usage Analytics is a separate optional choice. App-owned events concern generic setup and settings actions without health values, medicine names, contact details, free text or sensitive-screen names. Google Analytics for Firebase can also process app-instance identifiers, app lifecycle and interaction information, purchase events, technical app/device information and approximate location derived from a masked network address. Advertising-ID collection, ad personalization and automatic screen reporting are disabled in this app.
Local crash capture is a separate choice. Automatic Crashlytics report upload is disabled; an available pending report batch has explicit Send, Delete and Not now choices. Crash reports can contain stack traces, exception messages, app/device/OS information and installation identifiers. They are not a user-previewable copy of your health records. Do not assume that every possible exception message is free of sensitive information. Crashlytics and its supporting Firebase services can process technical installation and session metadata.
Turning a choice off does not recall data already sent. Applying an Analytics-off choice resets local Analytics data and can initialize SDK processing; it does not guarantee zero network activity. An initialized crash handler can continue local capture until the app process restarts. A requested report send or deletion is not a confirmation of server delivery or deletion. If a privacy choice fails to save, retry it before restarting; an older saved choice can otherwise return.
Older saved crash settings or an automatic-upload override can pause optional diagnostics and require a fresh app-data setup. Before choosing Android Clear storage, save and confirm an encrypted backup and its passphrase if you want to keep your records. Opening Android settings does not clear data by itself. Prior uploads cannot be recalled.
Purchases and service providers
RevenueCat and Google Play process purchase history, purchase/restoration status, entitlement information, an anonymous billing identity and technical app/device metadata to operate and analyze billing. RevenueCat can initialize and check billing status independently of optional Firebase usage reporting, including when no purchase is made. The app does not collect your payment-card number or send your health records or contacts to billing. A displayed offer or purchase status can depend on network access, Play account and cached provider information.
Local reviewer access is separate from purchase ownership and creates no health-record account. It is not carried in portable record backups.
Google/Firebase and RevenueCat provide reporting and billing services; Google Play also operates the store transaction. Service processing can take place outside your country. We do not promise a particular storage region. App-managed network traffic disallows cleartext connections; Firebase and RevenueCat document encrypted transport. This does not control the security of a destination you choose for an export, a carrier message, email or a compromised device.
Retention and deletion
Active records remain until you delete them or replace them through a validated restore. Removing a private collection removes grouping and preserves its member records. Recovery from an unreadable database retains the previous encrypted database files and associated key material in app-private storage. Later individual deletion or ordinary restore does not remove those earlier copies. Android Clear storage or uninstall removes app-private records and retained recovery copies. Externally saved backups, appointment files and recipients' copies must be removed at their destinations; restoring a saved backup can bring records back.
Turning Analytics off resets local Analytics data, not provider-held history. The linked Analytics property's settings were observed on 1 October 2026 with 2-month event and 14-month user retention and reset on new activity enabled. These controls do not apply to all aggregate reports or establish that any particular record has been erased. See Google retention.
Firebase describes a 90-day Crashlytics retention period before removal from its systems begins, not a guaranteed completion date for an individual request. See Firebase privacy. No fixed RevenueCat retention period is promised. Billing-profile deletion does not cancel a purchase or erase Google Play's transaction or legally retained history.
For a provider-held data request, email developer@blackandblue.co.in with SteadyCircle and minimal request details. A billing request must be safely matched to this app's anonymous profile; support may need additional non-sensitive technical information. Deletion may be subject to provider or legal retention requirements. Do not send records, medicine names, contact details, backups, passphrases, reviewer codes, passwords or payment-card information. No automatic remote purge or fixed response deadline is promised. See deletion choices.
